I saw it, too! I looked up the morning of my last birthday. It was a beautiful summer day. I saw what I believe to be my sister in the sky. She was dressed in the most lovely gown made of heavenly lace. Her wings were open wide and she was gazing up. The bodice was gracefully fitted; the train flowed behind her in breathtaking majestic beauty. Surrounding her were floral cloud arrangements adding to the celebratory vision.
When I viewed the picture above, I knew I had seen an even more beautiful angel. My imagination is rich, my creativity active. But I could have not imagined such a sight all on my own. I was mesmerized.
Dear Lord, thank You for such a happy gift that day. It makes me smile even now thinking of that scene in the heavens.
I miss my sister so very much. I do believe she is happy. I believe she is safe. I believe she is trying to assure those of us who long to be reunited with her, that all is well. You, Lord, have arrayed my sister in robes of peace and ribbons of joy. Thank You for loving her; thank You for loving us; thank You for reminding us to always look up. Amen
Job 38:7 International Children’s Bible
Who did all this while the morning stars sang together?
Who did this while the angels shouted with joy?
We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another. ~Luciano de Crescenzo
To see an angel, you must see another’s soul.
To feel an angel, you must touch another’s heart.
To hear an angel you must listen to both.
